no college education
lousy typist
barista
obscure music knowledge
too much retail management for shitty independants
dj
reads too much
former drummer in burlesque reviews
speaks spanish!
hates non profits
likes hiking
former clown
knows all about 'star trek'

items like that just go over so well in the interview process.
